Black Diamond Armory is Closing the Shop and Moving

For over 4 years Black Diamond Armory has been operating in downtown Stewartville, over 8 years total, serving the community with a local gun store, armory, ammo depot, and helpful hands. Unfortunately its time for that to come to mostly an end and close our store in Stewartville.

BDA will be closing the store down and ceasing operation by the end of this month, August 30th being the last day.

What happens then?

After a bit of a break(2 or so months), lots of moving, and renovating, we will be moving to a new location with a much smaller footprint, much less hours, but with lots of neat changes to be more like it used to be when BDA was in the garage. We have some exciting plans we can't wait to tell you about as we get closer!

In the meantime, we will still be open mostly normal hours and still continue to sell guns, ammo, accessories, and suppressors until supplies run out. If you have been eyeing something up, now is the time! When its gone, its gone!

We have lots of items on sale to try to reduce inventory, look for red tags!!

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE YET TO PICK SOMETHING UP THAT IS STILL IN STORAGE HERE...

We strongly encourage you to pick up your transfers, event guns, gunsmithing items, and anything else that is sitting in our storage for one reason or another.

IF YOU WON A GUN at an event, anything not picked up by the last day will be forfeit.

*Once we start moving to the new location your items will be in limbo and inaccessible until the move is complete.*

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE CONSIGNMENTS...

We ask that you come pick up your consignment as soon as convenient for you.

ALTERNATIVELY, if you need cash rather than the gun back, we will happily send your item(s) to our online auction house to be sold to the highest bidder.

FAQs and info

(I will update this more as I get more questions)

Q: Can I still have guns transferred to you?

A: Yes, until August 19th. This is the day we will start telling all the different websites we can't take transfers

Q: What if I have a suppressor waiting for the ATF to give approval and its passed Augusts 30th?

A: We will find time to meet with you so we can transfer it to you.

Q: Can I still special order guns?

A: Yes! The week of August 19th is the last week we will special order something. Please note we need to charge you a $15 shipping charge as we cant get free shipping anymore.

Q: Can I bulk buy all the ammo you have left?

A: By all means! We will help you carry it to your car!

Q: What happens if I failed to pick a gun up before the end of the month?

A: It will be in limbo, inaccessible, until the new location opens.

Q: I have something on layaway...

A: We encourage you to finishing paying the layaway, otherwise it will have to wait until we finish moving.

Q: What about conceal Carry Classes?

A: We will still continue to do them with a couple of small tweaks! Classes are not stopping!

Q: What are you going to do after the move?

A: BDA was founded as a customer AR shop, and we will continue to be a custom AR shop! Now more focused!

Q: Will you continue to sell suppressors after the move?

A: Hell yeah, suppressed shooting is the best kind of shooting.

Q: Can we still sell and trade in guns to you?

A: No, we are more interested in reducing inventory, not adding.

Q: Can I buy your display cases?

A: You sure can! $125 each, you can pick them up during the last week.
