The 18-20 year old Permit to carry decision has been appealed - No longer able to get PTC

Unfortunately As of 8/21/2024 at 12:36pm our Minnesota Attorney General appealed the 18-20 year old decision for PTC.

The original order is stayed pending the conclusion of the appeal process. As a result, Minnesota Sheriffs are unable to process the permit to carry applications of 18-20 year olds.

We are unsure how long it will take to iron out this process.

We were able to process a bunch of PTC certificates while we were able to, hopefully we will be back at it soon so you too can exercise your constitutional right to bear arms!
